Although the case was adjourned because the prosecutors refused to present a witness before the court, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain’s supporters recorded their displeasure with the incident.
They stormed the court in their hundreds and showed their grievances by raising placards with different inscriptions, one of which was “Ijaw Community Association, Abuja say no to these anti-corruption war targeted on south-south indigenes”, among several others.
