Kwankwaso's Boys Take Over APC

The festering sour relationship existing between former governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso and his successor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has taken a new dimension with the plan to introduce monthly package to the ruling party.
Recently, there were reports of differences between the former governor who is now a senator of the federal republic and his successor, whom the later denounced saying that .
Rabiu Kwankwaso and Abdullahi Ganduje

The move to put party executives on the payroll of Kwankwaso’s boys is one of the clandestine strategies being hatched by the former governor to make the sitting governor irrelevant on the party, thereby denying him of any chance as the build up to the 2019 elections is gathering momentum in the state.
Kano has 44 local government councils, the highest in the country. The plan is the forming of political network between a member of the national assembly from the particular local government, his state assembly counterpart and the local government chairman to team up and pool resources monthly which will be shared among party executives throughout the 484 political wards in Kano.
The idea was nurtured in one of the series of nocturnal meetings between the former governor and his supporters at Abuja, whereby it was resolved to set in motion, the machinery to hijack party apparatus from the governor for political expediency of Kwankwaso.
Since taking over from his boss, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has left no one in doubt about his mission to clip the overbearing fastest growing influence of Kwankwaso by appointments made so far that tactically excludes Kwankwaso’s cronies and bootlickers into his cabinet.

At the twilight of his administration, Kwankwaso has boosted that whoever succeeds him and fails to consolidate on the achievements of his administration, he will stage a comeback and sack him from the government house.
