Khloe Kardashian has got obnoxious down pat these days -- the kissy face, the bathroom selfie, and the too-tight waist trainer. There's really no more to add to this photo other than what's already there except for, perhaps, some kind of "inspirational quote" superimposed at a 90 degree angle over the picture. That'd just about seal the deal.
